I would expect a real subsidy on health care. The current health care subsidy is just a ploy as there is little subsidy but big propaganda only. Subsidy means the government has to put in money to really subsidize the cost incurred by the patient. Opportunity cost and market rates are arbitrarily set to jack up the cost and inflate the 'subsidy' I paid a lot more for this year subsidized medical cost than last year, also at 'subsidize' rate.
